Product Return Policy

Customers or distributors may return or exchange products in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defect or damage during transit
• Packing issues or product dissatisfaction
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase

Documents Required:

• Product Return Form
• Reason for Return
• Copy of Invoice
• Product(s) in unused and saleable condition

Company will either replace the product(s) free of cost or issue a purchase voucher of equal value.

Buy Back Policy

Distributors may return unsold products if they choose to resign. Conditions include:

• Products must be unopened, unused, resaleable, with minimum 4 months shelf life
• Resignation within 30 days: Full refund of distributor price
• After 30 days: Refund = Product price - Bonuses paid - 10% service charge

This policy ensures distributors make informed and responsible purchases.
